Join us for a class with Alex Berger. Berger's Modern Technique Class combines a physicality & progression rooted in formal technique with the dynamic & energetic principles of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. Beginning with exercises that explore movement through the torso, arms, legs, & feet in all possibilities of direction, the class progresses to emphasize athleticism, musicality, & dynamic shift. Inclusive of somatic and spatial concepts, class will often extrapolate repertory phrases to be explored in an educational setting.
