Cancellation Policy

Youth registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email before March 1st. Families who cancel before March 1st will have their registration stopped and receive a prorated refund for any remaining payment cycles.

After March 1st, no refunds will be issued. Our program is billed over 10 payment cycles, and families who notify us of a withdrawal on or after March 1st will continue to be billed for the remaining scheduled payments, regardless of the child's attendance. This policy is intended to promote a full academic year commitment and protect our small business. We encourage families to notify us as early as possible if they anticipate withdrawing from the program.
