Pilates Mat Class Pop-up

Pilates is a mind-body practice with a focus on core strengthening, joint stability, and spinal mobility. You'll trade in postural imbalances for alignment and balance. This is an open-level class. With various modification options, this class is appropriate for first-time and advanced Pilates students. Everyone will find their edge and build strength.

Attire: Comfortable clothes you can move in.
Bring a yoga matt.
